Meet our team
At Pagelab, we have a core of two full-timers plus two regular freelancers, as well as other creatives we work with when the project requires a particular skillset. We feel this enables us to be nimble and scale up when needed, without huge overheads leading to inflated fees. We like to think of ourselves as big enough to cope, but small enough to care. Before setting up Pagelab in 2010, Chris gained ten years’ experience in financial publishing with Incisive Media, Ten Alps and FT Business. As creative director of Pagelab, Chris takes the lead on digital and print projects and is highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Wordpress, as well as being a fully trained and experienced subeditor.
Head of ad operations
Ross has nearly 20 years' experience in B2B publishing, having worked for Incisive Media, Hearst Magazines, 1854 Media and Emap, among others. As head of ad operations at Pagelab, Ross handles all ad serving for the business, as well as exploring other commercial opportunities in this ever-changing industry.
Marketing and accounts
Katy has a background in film and TV, having worked for Lipsync, Nickelodeon, Soho Images and Channel 5. As marketing and accounts manager at Pagelab, Katy applies her knowledge of the media to increase the profile of the business and maintain close client relationships. When not doing all that, she keeps an eye on the finances.
Freelance production editor
Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in print and online publishing, including for Trinity Mirror and Incisive Media, in various roles including layout designer, proofreader and photo editor. He has a first class-degree in journalism and editorial design. At Pagelab, he assists with layout and subediting on reports, magazines and books.
